I was custom clearing the car in Turkey as I have brought the car with me for some summer holidays and the customs asked to check it so i couldnt find it and had to consult the owners handbook. 1) Dissasamle the cradle and remove the fork that holds the gps in place. 2) Design and 3d print a new fork for smartphones. 3) Terminate the 5V original cable that runs through the cradle into a usb C plug. A friend of mine is a 3d printing hobbyist so we will try together to design and print the fork. Jun 28, 2020. #2. Check the coolant. Ensure it is properly filled. If it has the tank on the radiator, these can appear ok, but there may be air in the system. Get it warm and bleed it, two screws, one at a heater pipe near the bulkhead and the other on the rad. The current 2012 is 3rd generation, but is a mk4, as the 1st generation had 2 mks, the mk1 from 1980-1986 and the mk2 from 1986-2003. The ones that I am interested in are the internal ones as the engine bay points are mostly visible.
